@ <row>, <col> WSAY <cexpr> [COLOR <color>] [PICTURE <picture>]

Purpose: Do a regular @...SAY but at window coordinates.

Parameters: row, col - 'N' Relative window coordinates
            color    - 'C' Clipper colour attribute.
            picture  - 'C' Clipper PICTURE string.

Example: @ 3, 4 WSAY nNumber COLOR "w/n" PICTURE "####.##"
